Pros
Benfits, holidays off, work hours, location availabilities, the pay/salary is good.
Cons
Great place to work. The setback would be that their retirement plan is only with TRS. TRS does not allow early withdrawal of funds that you have contributes into your account for reasons of hardship. It would be great if they also distributed in to Social Security.
