Pros
Highly dependent on the school you work at. At mine reasonable expectations for when you needed to be at school (7:45-3:30) with compensation for anything over that. Administration was supportive and let you do your thing as long as you were successful.
Cons
Large district that doesn't know how to manage rollout of programs/policies to schools.
