Pros
The grade level team was overall competent, encouraging, and collaborated well together. Also, the community support at my particular school was great and the majority of parents/staff were heavily involved and engaged.
Cons
My particular administrator provided little to no support throughout the entire year. There were numerous times I would be docked on appraisals but not given any guidance or support on how to improve.
