Management had bullly behavior and work would be nitpicked for weeks. Very tiring.Lots of unwritten rules within departments and gossip that made it difficult to thrive.

Cons

Certain things are department specific. Management need to work together. They ask for staff to be collaborative but don’t take our suggestions into consideration. Overall it’s a great organization to work for.
