Pros
The staff are genuinely caring and nice to everyone they meet. The whole environment is very friendly and welcoming. The benefits are really great, more so than a lot of other places.
Cons
Methodist is an extremely hard company to get into unless you know someone. The hospital is an extremely large place that is easy to get turned around in.
