Pros

The drive is not far from where I live which is nice. This organization does give you a sense of self-worth and allows you to feel included in what's going on and that's a plus. Good to feel like part of a bigger picture.

Cons

Physicians are given the grand, great treatment. True, without them no one would have a job in healthcare; however, they must be held accountable for updating records and their treatment of staff. Not letting them get away with phony excuses and chasing them around a city of 4-6 million residents asking them to comply with guidelines set by accrediting agencies and state/federal regulations.
