Pros

If you're a physician, nurse, or allied healthcare, then it's great. Decent benefits, flexible working hours.

Cons

If you're in a corporate level (non-management) position, you're screwed. Expect to be paid fairly or even receive a cost of living increase - fagitaboutit.

Pros

Great organization to grow professionally in healthcare operations. Strong focus on patient care, quality, innovation, and leadership development. I’ve gained valuable experience in physician support, operations, workflow improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while working with talented teams and leaders.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with high expectations and increasing responsibilities. At times, leadership roles can feel under-titled compared to the level of operational work being performed. Work-life balance can also be challenging during staffing shortages, major initiatives, or clinic transitions.
