Pros

Flexibility is amazing. Working on projects that will translate to saving human lives is an amazing opportunity!

Cons

This HR has to be the most powerful entity I've ever encountered. They have the power to tell established MDs who they can hire, what title they can have, and how much they will be paid, and there is no going against their decision; they have final say. They also take a VERY long time to process anything. Onboarding takes months unless you are applying for a position that is in great need like Registered Nurse.

Pros

Great organization to grow professionally in healthcare operations. Strong focus on patient care, quality, innovation, and leadership development. I’ve gained valuable experience in physician support, operations, workflow improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while working with talented teams and leaders.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with high expectations and increasing responsibilities. At times, leadership roles can feel under-titled compared to the level of operational work being performed. Work-life balance can also be challenging during staffing shortages, major initiatives, or clinic transitions.
