Pros

They have amazing benefits. Their ICARE values really prove that patients matter to the company. It feels like a caring and family-oriented environment. The company focusing on being healthy and rewarding you for it. There are opportunities for bonuses -- simply for keeping good hygiene amongst other things.

Cons

The division I personally work for is a bit disorganized. I personally do not feel we are allowed the amount of workers we need to get all the work done. It's frustrating that front desk staff has to work clinic and find time to verify insurance. And unfortunately the amount of training we received was not conducive to being able to flawlessly do our job.

Pros

Great benefits, location, free parking & shuttle service. The salary is about what other organizations pay.

Cons

Certain things are department specific. Management need to work together. They ask for staff to be collaborative but don’t take our suggestions into consideration. Overall it’s a great organization to work for.
