Information Technology Industry - Anonymous employee Hoveround Employee Review

This was the worst Corporation I have ever been employed with. They have the highest turn over rate it's a revolving door in that there could be over 60 people hired in one month and fired within 30 days. The entire Management Staff is trained to micro manage their employees. The employee's are treated like children. The CEO has NO loyalty to his staff. Management is encouraged to spy on employees. The employee's are not allowed to talk to one another on company time, not allowed to use the elevator's unless you are Management, not allowed to eat or drink only on your time. This company is equivalent to a sweat shop.
