Bullies - Teacher Hovingham Primary School Employee Review

The SLT team particularly the headteacher is only interested in results. She doesn't care about the staff and will shout at you if you dare phone in sick. I rang in with a sick note saying I would be off for two weeks and was told that I would have to ring in every day to say if I would be in. I pointed out that I was ill and had a sick note but was told I had too and she didn't care. Look at the huge turnover of staff to gauge if this is a good place to work!
