Poor leadership; expensive senior management who do not take the difficult decisions; most "partners" do not act as such internally: act as sole traders, not team players. Culture is very unusual. Inappropriate reward structure for partners and partners tax affairs are not well managed. Business makes low profits and a few individuals are paid very highly, not always in return for signficant contribution. Lax or no policies on what constitutes profitable work. Poor behaviour or unreasonable demands by some clients are tolerated.
