Pros
Clear progression routes Given the tools and support to progress and learn Clear communication with head office , make you feel involved at all times. I have been at the company for 11 years and started on the front counter and I am now a commercial manager.
Cons
None come to mind , I guess if I had to choose one thing I would say allow jumpers in the winters , I’m sure we can all agree if that is the worst it gets we are doing okay!
