2yThank-you for leaving a review. Over the last 2 years we have invested a lot of time comparing our benefit and reward packages have increased both to match our 'People First' agenda. Core benefits include health cashplans, life assurance, enhanced holiday, employee assistance programmes, enhanced family friendly policies, enhanced sick pay, vehicle leasing schemes, cycle to work loans, free will writing services, discounts on gym memberships and a great deal more.
With regards to working every other Saturday, as a business in the high street, we need to be open during hours convenient to our Clients which means our branches need to be open for three hours on a Saturday morning, although we aim to do this on a rotation basis, so you don’t need to work every Saturday.
Over the last 6months, we have also reduced our working week to 39.5hour, which means any Saturday morning you work, is given back to you as time off during the week.
