With regards to working every other Saturday, as a business in the high street, we need to be open during hours convenient to our Clients which means our branches need to be open for three hours on a Saturday morning, although we aim to do this on a rotation basis, so you don’t need to work every Saturday. Over the last 6months, we have also reduced our working week to 39.5hour, which means any Saturday morning you work, is given back to you as time off during the week.
