      There are few older personnel that are willing to provide help, guidance, and training. Great job to work if you are looking for operations experience.

      Cons

      The management is horrible, the chain of command is not followed, work culture surrounds shipment numbers, and your job title does not matter— you will be doing whatever is required to push out jobs and this only.
