      Company with their product in demand. Tuition reimbursement. Growth Oppurtunities.

      Cons

      Unfair punishment for mistakes, and unfair treatment of their employees. Some will get a lot of overtime within the same department while others get none. They do not respond properly to queries, whether it is HR, Management.
