Bad Culture, Bad Leaderships, but Strong Business - Finance Howmet Aerospace Employee Review

Work culture was extrememly toxic & very traditional. Lots of blame if something goes wrong but takes credit when everything goes right. Executives, leaderships, and bosses all share the same principle of "I'm your boss" and try to just dictate instead of lead, sometimes leading through fear. I've even heard of people who heard in their first week that they might already put them on a performance improvement plan for "positive motivation" like what???
