Toxic Management & Bullying: Culture is toxic from the top down. Management ignores real grievances while the administration weaponizes trivial mistakes to formally complain about teachers, leading to constant, stressful reprimands. Hostile Peer Culture: There is zero camaraderie. The environment among teaching staff is highly hostile, isolating, and unsupportive, encouraging finger-pointing instead of collaboration. Safety Concerns & Bad Enrollment: The center historically prioritizes profit over staff safety, enrolling students with severe behavioral issues (aggression, ASD, ADHD) without giving teachers any training or safety backing. Instructors are left to face physical/verbal aggression alone. High Turnover & Workload: Due to constant suppression and safety risks, experienced staff leave in droves. Remaining teachers are forced to absorb an unsustainable, ever-increasing workload.

I've been with this company for almost 4 years, and I really enjoy working here! The environment is super friendly, with a caring boss and nice colleagues who make every day enjoyable. Even though the company isn't big, the benefits are great - we get performance bonuses, health and long service awards, medical insurance, dental care, and more. I'm truly happy to be part of this team and look forward to many more years and opportunities to grow together!
