      Limited working hours and compensation for overtime

      Cons

      The work was divided into shifts, so working hours were limited, but the leave system was flawed. You had to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays as well, if there was a shift on those days, and were not allowed to take leave on these days.
