1. Unfair treatment between local and Chinese staff, opportunity will always goes to Chinese even though local staff is much more professional and knowledgable, morale is low 2. No work-life balance 3. Not respect to those who don't understand or read mandarin, Boss always send email in mandarin even though they knew staffs don't understand, they even expect staff to go to learn mandarin instead of he or she improve herself in English 4. Management grab the credit and push the blame to staffs 5. No proper career path as only Chinese will be taking care of 6. Do not respect culture of local as they keep applying Chinese culture to manage local, they will shout and don't allow local to apply leave 7. Chinese tend to be arrogant and like to differentiate themselves with local staff
