Very fast growing company Great projects to be part of Very good salary (only reason i'm still here)
Cons
* Very poor Management (literally the worst I have seen in my 14 years of experience) * No proactive attitude; if they know something will lead to a problem, they will wait for the problem before avoiding it from the start and fixing it! * No autonomus work and decision taking (that only for HQ in China to be done) * 1 chance out of 1000 to be obtain a high position - only possible if you are Chinese * Illogical performance review process (quotas of A,B and C), so even if you do very well and all the A have been already given, you ll get a B !!
