Good learning,only if you are lucky enough to work on a good development project team. Work experience at Huawei has good value.
Cons
If you fall into some Project that is uses Huawei customized platform and protocols,then your work experience wont be so fruitful to fetch you another lucrative job. If you get an annoying and bossy mentor,you are in hell,trust me.
