      Pros

      They own the telecoms market in Nigeria, and I have always wanted to work for a telecoms company as big as Huawei.

      Cons

      They have no structure upon which an engineer's worth can be properly harnessed. The foundation of the company's policy in Nigeria is simply not what it should be.
