Average working hours is 12. Sometimes sleep in the office. If we ask leave for personal work, then manager asks what is personal work. Manager approves leaves only when sick. The management is mostly under the control of Huawei HeadQuarters. Spend the whole day in the office, go to home just to sleep. We need to take permission of manager everyday even if we want to go to home after working till 12:00 pm. They will call us whenever needed and ask us to attend office. Getting to HQ is like a hell. Work, work and work. Everday everynight until every issue is completed. Otherwise stay in the office solving the issue till morning. Don't sleep. They are not worried about our health.
