Cons
Meetings and training after working hours or weekend, all things last minute, arrangement and cancellation, no respect for people’s personal life and time. If you have family commitment, its hard, the culture do not consider your situation. Many processes, and because of the turn over then not everyone is familiar with it. The overtime is not due to getting unfinished work done but more due to the pressure from management that need to overtime to show that you really works hard ..............
