High pay .. Variable is almost 50 % of fixed , Nice campus can learn new things initial years
Cons
No cutting edge technology No work life balance They expect to do all kinds of work . No growth technically as technology is old and can be done by less experience only Lots of politics . need to swim around especially last couple of years
