Good knowledge curve, Greater responsibilities ( though not for all.. luck needed.. and challenging) Ability to manage pressure Can survive anywhere if survived in huawei Good people around and hard working people Good for freshers can learn a lot Better first job as u will know to deal pressures Package better than many IT firms
Cons
Day never ends early (by early it means 8pm) Mgmt follows useless procedures and wastes ur time Have to do wat is told Deadlines r very small (at times impractical.. seems unbelievable....? but true... ur college semester exam tactics ll help u survivie) HR policies not friendly. School attendance system is followed Revised Salary policies not friendly Medium to poor salaries for the work load extracted but better package otherwise Some temas knowledge curve is 0 and leads to frustration
