Pros
Non-Chinese has a better chance in here. But not understanding Chinese is also an issue for the career development.
Cons
Company is very short-sighted in terms of technology. It claims that they care about the research, but they are NOT. All they care is whether there are clients interested in purchasing the product in one year or two. They do not do any technology investment.. Most of work is engineering work, rather than some decent research. Chinese employees work overtime but do not get fair treatment. This is ironic cuz Huawei is a Chinese company. Low pay and poor benefit
