      Pros

      Great pay if you're willing to work for it. Great bonuses. Money is the main motivator working here and most people stick around for it. You'll learn a lot about yourself working here. People are very nice.

      Cons

      Long hours is an expectation. No flexibility. No overtime. You will feel bad to go on leave. Everyone is overworked. Targets are ridiculous. Everything is overseen by HQ in China.
