Flexible culture, you can choose your project and work on it all by yourself and report. More exposure to latest trends in the industry. If you enjoy challenges then that is the right place to work for.
Cons
Corporate culture is Chinese and if you are not acquainted with it before, you might experience some difficulties adapting to it. Meetings can be held anytime, even on weekends if there is an urgency. Bonuses are based on department wide competition. If you dont have mandarin skills or unwilling to learn, then this is not the job for you.
