Pros
You work on multiple technologies with multiple customers so you get an insight about the telecom market more quickly than any other vendor and you groom your multi tasking skills. The payscale is good and they give chance to new talent. Huawei won't reject anyone just because they havent worked in an specific area and would rather give chance to people who reflect to be good and quick learners in their interview.
Cons
Some times you can feel like you aren't valued enough and most times the management wont change their ways even if majority of the staff disagrees. procedures to build technical competence of staff needs a lot of improvement
