An environment to gain industry experience but not ideal for Career progression - Outsourced Switch Support Engineer Huawei Technologies Employee Review

As an outsourced staff, it is a sink or swim environment. You are assigned to projects with very little or no training and expected to perform under immense pressure. There is also no laid out career paths and staff are often stuck in the same job level and salaries for years without a review (you can even be unlucky to experience a downward review as was my case).
