They are good paymasters but you generally have to work 12-16 hrs. There are lots of initiatives ongoing at any given point in time. So you will never have a dull moment Its situated in the central business district so so your travel time will be less if you stay close to areas like Indira Nagar and Koramangala which is a blessing in a city like Bangalore
Cons
Its ok if you are a fresher or want to make quick money. In the long run, there is little learning and it will burn you out. People are treated as comodities and not respected as intellectual human beings. Employees are also not trusted. They have severe restrictions on information sharing. For example a project manager needs to go throgh lots of procedures before he/she could access technical document of his own project. Internet browsing is severely restricted even for professional reasons
