Pros
Business here is very stable, continuing earning profit, even under pressure of USA. Simple interpersonal relationship, good atmosphere to talking about technology or other stuff.
Cons
There are too much work to do, so employees here may not all good, on technology aspect. People work hard, but with poor efficiency, because of the lack of professional tools or workflow. The burden of the history also aggravate this situation, so here is not a good place to personal technical development.
