Pros
It's a growing company, so there is no worry about the future or getting your salary at the end of the month.
Cons
Although the company makes huge international business, it is not a multinational company, it's definitely a Chinese company. All the managers with real authority in offices outside of China are the Chinese managers. Non-Chinese managers are just used as interface in those countries. Non-Chinese employees are treated as contractors even when they are permanent employees. The attitude is "you get your pay, do what you are told, don't question us". Chinese employees get profit share, so they own their work. Non-Chinese employees receive no profit share, stock option, etc. The company is very tight with benefits and expenses. Other than your salary, you hardly get anything. External training is a big NO. Almost all trainings are internal. Their motto is "Ask not what your company can do for you, ask what you can do for your company". They think employees should sacrifice for their company and be grateful that they are given a job. The whole mentality is quite strange.
