Pros
chinese staff take most of responsibilities (this is also a con is much ways), good company to save some money while looking for a new job
Cons
Chinese treat you like a child, its like two companies in one (local and chinese), they dont share the profits with local employees, too much politics involved in the company, no training options inside huawei (for chinese, training means vacations). Only way to enjoy this company is making good friendship with a chinese guy and be an boot lykr with him (maybe this is why I dont get along)
