Pros
- Good place for R&D engineers to work sometimes more in research field and don't spend a lot of time on the development side - Big company with huge projects, leading company in ICT - Promotions and bonuses totally depend on your performance and not on the time period you've been working in the company
Cons
- Very complicate communication with headquarters and Chinese colleagues, as their barely speak English and sometimes don't at all - Projects in different departments can overlap and a lot of miscommunication occurs
