Pros
tones of work and you will be provided with immediate hands on to learn (but most of the time, by yourself).. chance to travel around (if you like to stay oversea for at least 4 to 6 weeks in a single trip, maybe longer). one of the most competitive and profitable telecom vendor now
Cons
absolutely micro manage environment. 9 to 6pm but company will only make sure you come before 9am and leave after 7pm (at least).. some bosses can be extremely unreasonable and all communication will be just shut off.. working/meeting/training on weekend is not uncommon, unrealistic time line, assigned with out of job scope responsibility etc
