-salary or other money bank in on time, tak de delay -oversea assignment incentive -quite good income(not basic salary only) for freshman (if you have earn incentive from oversea assignment) -working experience (if you have proper guidance and handle something useful in project) -learning platform (open for self learning) -fast hiring process
Cons
-prof pos policy limited many things -supervisor not care about KPI/PBC -Improfessional management which can be the main reason people leave -lack of professional or useful training (more some shock sendiri sharing) -long working hours -tai chi working culture (your upper level not dare to make decision which cause a simple meeting took longer time to finish) -etc
