Very good contractor pay and expense reimbursement. For the duration of the project, they provided a ample ptivate room in a 4 star hotel. Also provided a lump per diem of USD$2,000 per month.
Cons
All major decisions are made or vetted by the chinese managers on site or back in China. At all meetings, they discuss issues among each other in chinese and do not have the courtesy to inform you on the discussion.
