      You get to expand your friends group. You get to learn new skills with all the people you work with. Great perk of climbing. Fun outings

      Hours are hard sometimes. When it's busy it get s a little hard to handle.

      typically good team members, straight forward tasks, decent community.

      Cons

      training with the RGP can be a little difficult for first time-users. hours were not good.
