Cons
- Frequent layoffs saying people are not performing at level that is expected - You will be threatened for not delivering within their expected timelines - Constant push from India leadership to take up a fight with london folks - HR is just a department, top management does as they please. There is no regulation whatsoever - You will be told that it is a hybrid model but will be expected to be in office 7 days a week anytime someone from UK is visiting the office - You will be frowned upon for getting off work on time or taking breaks during office hours - There is a lot of favouritism - Colleagues hired through referral are preferred over others
