Small company, strong communication between colleagues, employees willing to help each other. A learning environment where employees are encouraged to participate in discussions and empowered to take on additional responsibilities if they choose to.
Cons
CEO has high and unrealistic expectations of employees, yet not willing to compensate for talent or provide resources or support to help employees achieve. Very cheap and not supportive; therefore many have felt used and manipulated and finally left. Superficiality and arrogance are very transparent. CEO who still sells; therefore all priority is given to his his clients/projects to ensure his success. His elitest attitude does not resonate well with his employees which has contributed to high turnover and an unpleasant experience. .
