I spend most of my time helping clients get comfortable with the platform and answering questions as they come up. I like that suggestions from employees are usually discussed instead of just being ignored. When a process needs adjustment, changes are made to improve efficiency.

Balancing client communications, internal discussions, and project updates gets a bit too much sometimes.

Not a single pro exists.

It’s funny how all these reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars. None in between. That should tell you a lot - the real reviews are the 1 star reviews. The 5 star reviews are fake or submitted by new employees - probably a New Hire task they’re forced to complete on day 1 since no training or onboarding exists. (They are past the point of using the startup excuse for no new hire onboarding). Everyone leaves within 6 months-1 year of hire if not sooner. Please take the word of yet another person who suffered at this company - it’s not worth it. Unless you want to be insulted, bullied, or used as a punching bag for management daily, stay far far away. There are no words to describe how unprofessional this group of people is and for your own sanity, do not work here. They say that anyone who leaves wasn’t cut out for it, same if they decide to randomly fire people (which is often). They are immature and selfish and are not fit to be running a company.
