Pros
They give you the time and resources to do your job right. Flat hierarchy is great, lots of responsibility and freedom. Pay is good, and they would sometimes give me a higher raise than I asked for.
Cons
Bonus and raise depends on parent company (Siemens) results to a certain extent, which can be advantageous or... not. Flat hierarchy implies limited opportunity for advancement, although movement is definitely possible, and you have Siemens with thousands of jobs for internal transfer opportunities.
