Pros
People I worked with are wonderful and I really miss working with them. When I was initially employed i felt great about what I did because I was able to help anyone having issues with any computer related problems.
Cons
They outsourced my it support job and it was difficult abiding to their rule of not helping my customers and making them call the outsourcing company which could take as long as 1-2 weeks to get support they needed
