They offered decent pay, No micromanagement.
Cons
They required my role to sit in the office 3 days a week even though I didn't interact with anyone on-site. My boss was in Indiana, his boss was in Connecticut, the buyers I dealt with were in Mexico and suppliers were all over the country. There was no need to be in the office.
