Pros
HPS has been great from the get-go. They offer a lot of freedom to really choose your own path as to where you want to take your career. They are also a very stable company within an industry that is frankly not going away anytime soon. They tend to pay fairly and reward those that contribute positively to the organization through promotions.
Cons
The culture is a bit stale at times. The company is spread out across the US so it's tough to know what each plant does as it relates to the company as a whole.
