- great culture, very open minded and teams are trusted to do their best work - management team are really cultivating an environment where you are encouraged to take a risk and work on inititatives which you're passionate for - the teams are implementing process and maturing, but still have a environment where you can build and make mistakes - it's fast moving and lot's to learn from various challenges - supports diversity, and team can be entirely themselves, you feel safe - the company was recently acquired by a larger organisation, and so if you're looking to join a start up where you build entirely from scratch then there's plenty of other companies which can support that but Hubs unique position is that it operates still independently but there's a lot to learn from the acquisition and it feels stable to now be owned by a larger business
