      Pros

      It has great people a great atmosphere and they dont treat you like you are a no body and they train great

      Cons

      One thing i had the hardest time with was learning to make the omletes with out dropping them but i finally got it

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
